How your order works

• Checkout is run by Stripe. Your order is sold through Link, Stripe’s checkout, which is the merchant of record. Link takes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT, and sends your receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment.
• Prices are set in US dollars. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.
• Payments are handled by Stripe, which is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest security standard for card payments. Your card details go straight to Stripe, and we never see them.

Delivery

The book is delivered as two files, a PDF and an EPUB. Right after you pay, you go to a page where you can download both. Nothing is shipped, and there are no delivery costs.

Where you can buy

Checkout isn’t available to customers in Ascension Island, China, Cuba, Iran, Kosovo, North Korea, Russia, Syria or Tristan da Cunha.

Using the book

• Each copy is for one person. You can read it on all your own devices and print it for yourself.
• You can copy the worksheets and trackers for your own use.
• Please don’t share, resell or post the files, or any large part of them, anywhere public.

The book shares general information about food, exercise and health. It isn’t medical advice, and it doesn’t replace care from your doctor or another qualified professional. The writer isn’t a doctor or a dietitian, and this edition hasn’t been reviewed by one.
